PEG and Big Cat debate employee empowerment – Thurs 26 Sept

The Progressive Employers Group (PEG) is inviting business leaders across the region to its next free-to-attend event held in partnership with creative marketing agency, Big Cat.

Created to strengthen the city’s employment market, PEG provides a platform for business leaders to understand, articulate and build on employment related ideas through a calendar of events, panel discussions and meetings.

Taking place on Thursday 26th September from 5 – 7pm at Spaces Crossway on Great Charles Street, Anthony Tattum – founder and CEO of Big Cat – will be discussing the myths around the employee empowerment model and whether too much empowerment could actually be a bad thing.

Verity Stokes, director at recruitment specialist and sponsors of PEG, Katie Bard, will also be on hand to discuss the future plans of the group and why progressive employment is crucial in the region’s rapidly changing landscape.

Ideal for business owners, managers and HR professionals, guests will be treated to canapés, drinks and informal networking before hearing from the speakers.
